Be Here Now - Yin

 

An invitiation to let go of where you've come from before arriving on the mat, or where you're going, and instead be totally present in the here and the now. We use the awareness of the various layers of the body (your thoughts, your feelings and any physical sensations) to anchor you in this moment. Asanas (poses) will be focused on opening up into the side body, hip flexors and spine.
